The CSD Cavalry Ground solar project stands as one of our most strategically engineered and energy-efficient installations. It was designed to reduce operational costs, maximise usable space, and set a new benchmark for sustainability.
Our team designed and executed a 500 kW On-grid solar power system using high-efficiency Canadian Topcon 585W bifacial panels and Growatt 125kTL inverters. The project covers both the rooftop and a custom-built vehicle parking area for maximum space utility. We successfully integrated Net Metering into the system, allowing the facility to export excess energy back to the grid and significantly reduce monthly billing through unit credits.
System Capacity:
500 kW
Installation Areas:
– Rooftop Installation:
Panels were installed across the available roof surface to achieve maximum solar generation.
– Parking Structure Installation:
A customised steel framework was built to support the solar panels while also providing shade and covered parking for customers.
Framing and Structural Work:
Our in-house engineering team handled the complete structural design, fabrication, and mounting process. The framing ensures proper load distribution, ventilation, and long-term durability.
Electrical Integration:
The system includes full cabling, DC and AC protection, SPD surge protection, earthing, and breakers. All work was completed according to international safety and performance standards.
This project has delivered strong performance and long-term value for CSD Cavalry Ground:
Energy Generation: Save up to 60,000 units per month.
Space Utilisation: The parking solar structure now serves as both a renewable energy source and a shaded parking facility.
Environmental Benefits: A significant reduction in carbon emissions, contributing to CSD’s sustainability targets.
From design to commissioning, every step was managed by our technical experts. The system is designed for high efficiency, low maintenance, and scalability, providing a reliable power solution for years to come.
